Module overview

This module explains the evaluation criteria and methodology outlined in the prescribed Guidelines for assessing Occupational Infectious Diseases, including their application across different compensation jurisdictions.

 

Module streams

Stream 1 – Accreditation
For doctors who have not previously completed impairment assessment training in Victoria for this specialty. Completion of the online modules and assessment leads to Infectious Occupational Diseases accreditation.

Stream 2 – Continuing education
For doctors who have already completed Stream 1. This stream has no assessment and focuses on maintaining and improving proficiency in applying the AMA4 Guides and other prescribed assessment methods.
