The Impairment Assessment Training Program is governed by the Training Course Management Committee (TCMC), an independent committee represented by the below stakeholders.

• Highly experienced two accredited independent Registered Medical Practitioners in WorkSafe Victoria Scheme, The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Scheme and Wrongs Act legislation.
• TAC representative;
• WorkSafe Victoria representative;
• Australian Lawyers Alliance (ALA) representative and
• Provider representative(s)

The TCMC ensures that the Training Program meets the policy objectives and requirements of the Ministerially approved training course and determines each discipline speciality’s reference group.
